- We produce sterling silver necklaces within 3 – 5 workdays.
- This product is fulfilled from both fulfilment centers and therefore ships from Houston (US orders) and Frankfurt (International orders).
- We charge a flat rate per order, so we do not charge extra for multiple items.

Necklace Design Guidelines
When creating your own artwork make sure to follow the following design guidelines:
- Recommended dimension are 1200x1200px.
- The base shape needs to be grey (#808080).
- The engraved part needs to be black (#000000).
- The part you want to be cut out needs to be white (#ffffff) or transparent.
- The hoop will be placed in the exact centre of your design.
- Art Format: JPEG or PNG
Product Specs and Packaging
- The sterling silver necklace is 3/4in (20mm) or 1in (24mm)
- It comes with an 18in (48cm) chain and a 2in (5cm) extension chain.
- Charms & Chains are solid 925 sterling silver.
- All our jewellery is nickel and lead-free and will not give any allergic reaction.
