Where do you ship from?

We ship your orders from 2 different fulfilment centers. For US orders we ship from Houston, while all international orders are shipped from Frankfurt.

US Orders ($3.50 – $4.00)

All our orders are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail. As we are not using a service like DHL eCommerce to lower the costs, everything is handled by USPS. This makes shipments in general a lot faster. Delivery usually happens within 3 to 4 days after shipment.

At the moment we do not offer any express shipping service for US orders, but this might change in the future.

International Orders ($4.50 – $5.00)

Our international orders are shipped by DHL / Deutsche Post and ship from Frankfurt, Germany. For orders within the European Union this means quick turn around times of 3-5 days for many major EU countries like Germany, France and the UK.

Because we are shipping from Germany, we have to charge VAT for EU orders, learn more about that here.

The electronic pre-advice customs data solution offered by DHL / Deutsche Post also prevent long waiting times at the border of many countries (incoming international packets are accompanied by this information and can be quickly checked by the customs). However, customs can still hold packages for a while, so we suggest to tell your customers upfront that their order will ship from Germany and might take a while to arrive.

At the moment we do not offer any express shipping service for international orders, but we expect to offer this for some countries in the near future.

Tracking

To make tracking more seamless we have integrated with Easypost. This enables you to have one look and feel for all shipments.
