Replacements & Remakes

If a customer contacts with a possible issue regarding Beeoux product, no worries, we got you!

When there is a proven problem, we’ll make sure to replace the product for your customer as soon as possible. Unless a replacement is not possible, then we will be able to refund you for the order.

We don’t require the customer to send it back to us, so we only require a photo to identify the problem, after which we will send a replacement as soon as possible!

Recommended procedure for these issues
  • ask for a photo of the product
  • send it at support@beeoux.com
  • we’ll quickly asses if the item is broken or if it has a defect
  • We’ll come back to you and recommend a solution (replacement or refund)
