How will Beeoux charge me?
When a customer purchases a product in any integrated sales channel (Shopify or WooCommerce), orders are automatically synced with Beeoux.
Unfortunately we cannot pull funds directly from your sales channel (Shopify and WooCommerce). Therefore, when an order comes in from your platform, Beeoux will charge your linked payment method.
We will charge you according to product type, material and extra features such as personalised engraving. You will find the options and prices on the product page after you designed a product.
At the moment we only support payments by credit cards (powered by Stripe). If you want to pay by Paypal you can make a manual payment to our Paypal, and we will process the order for you. Please contact the support team for this.
Enable Recurring Payments
To make sure fulfilment is as quickly as possible, you can automate the payment process. After the first order you will have to manually pay for it, but you can tick the “enable recurring payments” box.
As soon as an order comes in, we’ll automatically charge your linked credit card so you don’t have to worry about it. We’ll immediately start production.
Cases when orders are not directly sent to production
When orders contain newly uploaded designs, the order will first go through Beeoux Quality Approval Process to ensure designs comply with the production requirements.
